Work Experience and Qualification

Roles & Responsibility

Identify and Generate new Business from clients who require Road Transportation (sundry/FTL) movement of goods across India
Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target product wise, in term of weight and revenue
Cross selling and Upselling of company product within existing and new clients to increase revenue base.
Achieve New Logo target month on month
Build Trust Based Value Add connect and support with clients to increase retention rate and build long term healthy Business relationship
Monitoring and ensuring End-To-End Sales and Delivery support for named account
Supervising and ensuring timely completion of all operations, billing activities and receivable as per the T&C

Monitoring of operations activities like Inventory management, Loading & unloading of goods, booking, delivery activity, service level activity, operation cost.
Monitor the Damage, Excess, Shortage and Pilferages, Insurance movement.
Preparing Operation and Delivery MIS reports.
Build team of Fleet vendors, Packaging material Suppliers, Loaders for all state and city level.
