Teacher’s Lounge is the brainchild of educationists who aim to bring about a revolution in the world of training. With over 20 years of experience, it is their vision to combine a contemporary approach with innovative practices thatdeliver the best experience for new-age educationists.
As an International Member we have carved a niche in the Early Years sector. We offer exclusive & certified face to face training programmes on different elements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). EYFS is the mandatory curriculum framework as prescribed by the government of the United Kingdom for all nurseries in the UK.
All courses are developed by experts who are specialists in their respective fields.
Furthermore, our panel of esteemed mentors provide us continuous guidance and inspiration to sift the best practices available and offer them to our customers.
Ashwin Pasricha
Mentor/Advisor
Ashwin Pasricha is the Founder of a niche HR firm, Human Network & Associates, specializing in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Custom OD interventions.
With over 25 years of experience across all major industries, he has held senior management positions in Leadership & Management Development. In his corporate stint, he has worked with Vodafone, Mastek Ltd, Epicenter Technologies, Global Tele-Systems and Holiday Inn Worldwide chain of Hotels.
Besides spearheading his consulting firm, he is also a mentor to new starts up and entrepreneurs in an advisory capacity.
Tanishq Sheikh
Founder Director & Trainer
Tanishq has over 20 years of experience in the field of education. She has worked in the capacity of Teacher, Research and Development Executive, Product Manager and Centre Manager for educational institutions and firms in India and overseas. Besides a first class degree in B.A. with English Literature from the Mumbai University, she also has a Certificate from College of Birmingham and a Diploma from Asian College of Teachers in Educational Administration & Management.
Her experience in education for early learners spans over fifteen years. She aims to use her skills to sensitise educators and preschools on the need to adapt international programs, such as the EYFS, that carry merit for early learners in India.
She is currently the Sole Trainer for courses in India.
Tanishq is also a certified Global Career Counsellor from
University of California (Extension) and University of Singapore
